“4321”模式在高校专业型硕士教学改革中的应用及效果评价——以金融专硕为例 被引量:2

摘要 专业型硕士旨在培养具有扎实专业理论基础并能够适应特定行业实际工作需要的高层次应用型人才,其设立解决了传统学术型硕士教育偏重学术研究的局限性,为各行各业培育职业型专门人才开辟了新的渠道。为进一步提升专业型硕士的实践能力,促进其更好地与社会接轨,“4321”课堂教学模式应运而生,该模式是以传统的理论课堂教学模式为基础,根据专业型硕士人才培养方向和实践教学需要进行的教学创新,通过自主学习、合作探究和成果交流等及政府、企业和学校三方联动,采取双师培养制的一种新模式,能够加快我国专业型硕士课堂教学体系的完善,促进我国高校学术性与职业性复合型人才培养。 Professional master education aims to cultivate high-level application-oriented talents with a solid professional theoretical foundation and able to adapt to the practical needs of specific industries.Its establishment solves the limitation of traditional academic master education focusing on academic research and opens up a new channel for cultivating professional talents in all walks of life.It has developed rapidly since its establishment,but its classroom teaching mode still needs to be further optimized.Based on this situation,“4321”teaching models,this model is based on the traditional theory of classroom teaching mode,direction and practice teaching according to the master of professional personnel training needs to carry on the teaching innovation,to explore and through independent learning,cooperation exchanges and the government,enterprises and schools,to adopt double training system,a new model,It can speed up the improvement of China’s professional master’s classroom teaching system and promote the cultivation of academic and professional compound talents in China’s colleges and universities.
