摘要
目的探讨LEARNS模式在老年高血压患者健康教育的应用效果。方法将80例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组应用LEARNS模式进行健康教育。干预前后比较两组患者健康教育后的知识水平、治疗依从性和健康教育满意率。结果干预后,观察组健康知识得分、治疗依从率及患者健康教育满意度得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论应用LEARNS模式实施健康教育,可有效提高老年高血压患者知识水平、治疗依从性及健康教育满意率。
Objective To explore the effect of LEARNS model based health education on elderly patients with hypertension.Methods Eighty elderly hypertensive patients were randomly and evenly divided into 2 groups.The control group received conventional health education,while the intervention group received LEARNS model based health education.The knowledge level,treatment adherence,and satisfaction rate with health education were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results After the intervention,knowledge scores,treatment adherence rate,and satisfaction rate with health education in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of health education through the LEARNS model can improve the knowledge level,treatment adherence,and satisfaction with health education among elderly patients with hypertension.
