摘要
近年来,台湾地区青年的认同出现严重异化,将大陆建立在与“自我”相对立的“他者”的想象之上,这一现象在赴大陆就读的台湾地区学生中也屡见不鲜。在教育部的要求和指导下,大陆各高校开设国情教育课程,成为开展台生思想教育工作的有力抓手。本文调研了23所大陆高校的国情教育课程,发现多数课程尚未能够充分发挥其认同引导的功能和效益。本文借助“自我”与“他者”的理论体认,为科学、有效地开展国情教育提出政策建议,以期使国情教育成为消弭台生认同壁垒的重要平台,为“一国两制”台湾地区教育方案的制定奠定基础。
In recent years,there has been a serious alienation in the identity of Taiwan youth.They base their imagination of Chinese mainland on “the other” as opposed to “self”.This phenomenon is also common among Taiwan students studying in Chinese mainland.Under the requirements and guidance of the Ministry of Education,the universities have offered national education courses,which have become a powerful means to carry out the ideological education work of Taiwan students.However,the national education still has a major deficiency in guiding Taiwan students’ identity currently.This paper investigates the national education courses in 23 universities to analyze their effectiveness and shortcomings.With the theoretical understanding of “self” and “the other”,the paper proposes policy recommendations for the scientific and effective implementation of national education,in order to break the identity barriers of Taiwan students,and lay the foundation for the formulation of “One Country,Two Systems” Taiwan educational program.
