Evaluation and Residual Value Utilization of Scrapped Surgical Instruments

目的建立手术器械报废评价方案,并探索报废手术器械的残值利用,实现手术器械报废环节的精细化管理和成本控制。方法通过结合行业指标和临床实践经验,从手术器械安全性、手术易用性和成本经济性3个层面和细化的9项指标入手,通过权重分值计算对故障器械进行报废评价,从维修和教学2方面探索报废手术器械的残值利用。结果通过对手术器械报废评价,将2018年4月—2020年12月的223件故障手术器械的报废率控制在21.1%,为节约医院成本支出约为70万元。结论通过从定性和定量的角度对故障手术器械进行报废评价,弥补了现阶段手术器械报废评价方法的不足,有效地减少使用报废手术器械导致的手术风险,再结合报废器械在维修和教学方面的残值利用,对手术器械采购和维修成本进行了有效地控制。

Objective To realize the fine management and cost control of scrapped surgical instruments by establishing an assessment system of scrapped surgical instruments and exploring the residual value utilization of scrapped surgical instruments.Methods By combining industry standards and clinical practice,scrapping assessment was conducted from the 9 detailed indicators of 3 aspects of surgical instrument safety,usability and cost and the assessment was carried out by weight calculation.The residual value utilization of scrapped surgical instruments was explored from the two aspects of maintenance and teaching.Results The scrap rate of 223 pieces of surgical instruments from April 2018 to December 2020 was 21.1%,and the hospital saved about 700,000 yuan.Conclusion A qualitative and quantitative assessment of scrapped surgical instruments makes up for the deficiency of the present method,effectively reduce the operation risk caused by using discarded surgical instruments.The purchase and maintenance?cost of surgical instruments are saved through residual value utilization.
