摘要
以人粪渣为原料,通过微波水热法在1.8 MPa条件下制备CeO_(2)改性水热炭,研究改性水热炭对新鲜牛粪厌氧发酵过程中H_(2)S和CH_(4)产量的影响。结果表明,当CeO_(2)质量分数为30%、水热炭投加量为0.65 g/g牛粪固体时,H_(2)S的产量较未添加复合物时降低了88.09%,而CH_(4)的产生量并未发生明显变化,这可能与不同活性位点的相互竞争、正负电荷相互作用以及改性水热炭对硫的吸附、氧化和沉淀有关。由此可见,CeO_(2)/水热炭能够在不影响CH_(4)产量的情况下实现H_(2)S减量,对缓解厌氧发酵系统管道腐蚀,维持厌氧发酵系统的稳定运行具有积极影响。
CeO_(2)modified hydrochar was prepared from human fecal residue by microwave hydrothermal method at 1.8 MPa.The effect of modified hydrochar on the yield of H_(2)S and CH_(4)in the anaerobic fermentation of fresh cow feces was investigated.When the dosage of hydrothermal carbon with 30%mass fraction of CeO_(2)doping was 0.65 g/g cow dung solid,the yield of H_(2)S decreased by 88.09%compared with that without complex,but the yield of CH_(4)did not change significantly.This may be related to the competition of different active sites,the interaction of positive and negative charges,and the adsorption,oxidation and precipitation of sulfur by modified hydrochar.CeO_(2)/hydrochar can reduce H_(2)S without affecting CH_(4)production,which has a positive impact on alleviating pipeline corrosion of anaerobic fermentation system and maintaining stable operation of anaerobic fermentation system.
