摘要 EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)以其非易失性、数据存储能力强、操作灵活等特点广泛应用于对数据存储安全性及可靠性要求较高的场合,如微控制器、传感器、测量和医疗仪表,非接触式智能卡等领域。I^(2)C(Inter-Integrated Circuit)总线是一种紧凑的而且非常节省连线资源的总线接口,由数据线SDA和时钟线SCL构成的串行总线,可在CPU与被控IC之间、IC与IC之间进行双向数据传输,速度一般可达400kbps以上。基于SMIC 0.18μm 2P4M工艺设计了一款4k bit串行I^(2)C接口EEPROM电路,该EEPROM具有高速、低功耗、较大电压工作范围和灵活的读写操作等优点。该电路对EEPROM在相关领域的嵌入式应用具有较强的参考意义。 EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)is widely used in applications where data storage security and reliability are required due to its non-volatile nature,strong data storage capability,and flexible operation,such as microcontrollers,sensors,measurement and medical instruments,and contactless smart cards.And other fields.The I^(2)C(Inter-Integrated Circuit)bus is a compact and very bus-saving bus interface.The serial bus consists of the data line SDA and the clock line SCL.It can be between the CPU and the controlled IC,IC and IC Two-way data transmission between them,the speed is generally above 400kbps.A 4k-bit serial I^(2)C EEPROM has been developed based on the SMIC 0.18μm 2P4M process.The EEPROM has the advantages of high speed,low power consumption,large voltage operating range and flexible read and write operations.The circuit has strong refer-ence significance for the embedded application of EEPROMin related fields.
