To explore the effectiveness of cooperative training of pediatricians by regional pediatric alliance.Based on the regional alliance,the training objectives of pediatricians were defined and the comprehensive process management was carried out.The results showed that the cooperative training of pediatricians by the regional alliance was an effective way to improve the efficiency and quality of pediatricians training,and effectively realized the stability of regional pediatricians talent team,the improvement of diagnosis and treatment level and the progress of specialized technology.The further development of the regional pediatric alliance needs policy support,fund guarantee and improvement of the assessment indicators.
