区域儿科联盟儿科医师协同培养与成效分析

摘要 探讨区域儿科联盟协同培养儿科医师的成效。某市依托区域儿科联盟,明确儿科医师培养目标,实行全方位的协同培养和过程管理,结果表明区域儿科联盟协同培养儿科医师,是提高儿科医师培养效率与质量的有效路径,有效实现了区域儿科医师人才队伍稳定、诊疗水平提高、专科技术进步。区域儿科联盟进一步发展,还需要政策支持、基金保障,并完善考核指标细则。 To explore the effectiveness of cooperative training of pediatricians by regional pediatric alliance.Based on the regional alliance,the training objectives of pediatricians were defined and the comprehensive process management was carried out.The results showed that the cooperative training of pediatricians by the regional alliance was an effective way to improve the efficiency and quality of pediatricians training,and effectively realized the stability of regional pediatricians talent team,the improvement of diagnosis and treatment level and the progress of specialized technology.The further development of the regional pediatric alliance needs policy support,fund guarantee and improvement of the assessment indicators.
