摘要
探讨高校附属医院临床教师队伍建设问题。结合某高校附属医院的实践总结分析,利用SWOT战略分析模型,深入剖析临床教师队伍建设中存在的优势、不足、机会与挑战,并从组织领导和制度建设、临床教师资质认定、临床教师培养体系建立、临床教学评价机制构建、医教研的深度融合、协同发展和制度创新等方面进行临床教师队伍建设,结果表明这样能使临床教师的教育教学水平得到提高,临床教学质量整体得到提升。
In order to promote the construction of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities,A university affiliated hospital(the full text is referred to as the"hospital")Using the SWOT strategic analysis model,In-depth analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the construction of clinical teachers,From the aspects of organizational leadership and system construction,clinical teacher qualification certification,clinical teacher training system establishment,and clinical teaching evaluation mechanism construction,clinical teacher team construction is carried out.Through the in-depth integration of medical teaching and research,collaborative development and institutional innovation,the education and teaching level of clinical teachers has been improved,and the overall clinical teaching quality has been improved.
