摘要
目的:调查养老护理员现状,分析增强养老护理员队伍稳定性的对策。方法:采用自行设计调查问卷,借助第三方网络问卷平台对370名持有养老护理员证书者进行调查研究。结果:从事长护险居家上门服务144人(38.9%),养老机构工作66人(17.8%),养老领域其他工作55人(14.9%),非养老行业65人(17.6%),未工作40人(10.8%);月均工资中位数5500元。突发事件等引起的长假对养老护理员经济收入有一定的影响;259人(70.0%)表示未来一年内一定会从事养老行业。结论:养老护理员现状情况总体稍改观,但不稳定因素依然存在;养老护理员、养老机构、政府需共同努力,稳定养老护理员队伍,提高养老服务质量,构建良好的社会健康养老环境。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of nursing staff and analyze the countermeasures to enhance the stability of nursing staff.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and study the certificate holders of nursing staff with the help of a third-party online questionnaire platform.Results:144 people(38.9%)were engaged in long-term care insurance home service,66 people(17.8%)were working in pension institutions,55 people(14.9%)were working in other fields,65 people(17.6%)were not working in pension industry,and 40 people(10.8%)were not working.The median monthly salary is 5,500 yuan.The long vacation caused by emergencies has a certain impact on the economic income of the nursing staff;259 people(70.0%)said they would definitely work in the elderly care industry in the next year.Conclusion:The current situation of the nursing staff is slightly improved,but the unstable factors still exist.Nursing staff,nursing institutions and the government need to work together to stabilize the nursing staff,improve the quality of nursing service,and build a good social and healthy environment for nursing.
