CT引导下定位针穿刺定位在肺结节胸腔镜手术中的应用

Application of CT-guided puncture with positioning needle in thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary nodules

目的:评价术前CT引导下定位针穿刺定位在肺结节胸腔镜手术中的应用。方法:回顾性分析55例胸腔镜术前行CT引导下肺结节穿刺定位患者资料,观察定位结果及相关并发症。结果:定位后CT扫描提示9例患者出现少量气胸,4例患者出现肺内出血。所有患者定位后顺利行胸腔镜手术,连同定位针一起切除肺部病灶,定位准确率100%。结论:术前CT引导下肺结节定位针穿刺定位可以指导实施胸腔镜下肺结节切除,该方法安全有效,适合临床推广。

Objective:To evaluate the application of preoperative CT-guided puncture with positioning needle in thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary nodules.Methods:55 patients underwent CT guided positioning of pulmonary nodules before thoracoscopy were retrospectively analyzed,and the positioning results and related complications were observed.Results:CT scan indicated a small amount of pneumothorax in 9 cases and intrapulmonary hemorrhage in 4 cases.All patients underwent thoracoscopic surgery after positioning,and the lesions were successfully removed with positioning needle.Conclusion:Preoperative CT-guided pulmonary nodule positioning needle puncture can guide the implementation of thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection,which may be safe and effective and suitable for clinical promotion.
