经后路椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效观察

Effect of posterior pedicbar fixation in thoracolumbar bar fracture

目的:探讨胸腰椎骨折应用经后路椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:抽取某院收治的70例胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,以随机对照法分为对照组和实验组,各35例,对照组患者行经前路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,实验组患者行经后路椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗,比较两种术式治疗效果。结果:两组患者并发症发生率、手术及住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组患者术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者术后骨折椎体前缘高度丢失率、椎体后缘高度丢失率、椎管截面积、Cobb角与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者术后VAS评分、ODI显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对胸腰椎骨折患者,予以经后路椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗,可减少术中出血量,减轻疼痛,修复伤椎生理结构及功能,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of posterior pedicle screw rod system in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:70 patients with thoracolumbar fractures treated in a hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with anterior pedicle screw internal fixation,and the experimental group was treated with posterior pedicle screw rod system internal fixation.The therapeutic effects of the two methods were compared.Results:there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications,operation and hospital stay between the two groups and the control group(P>0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);The VAS score and ODI in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:for patients with thoracolumbar fractures,posterior pedicle screw rod system internal fixation can reduce intraoperative bleeding,reduce pain and repair the physiological structure and function of injured vertebrae,which is worthy of popularization.
