糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗的新进展(综述)

New progress in insulin therapy for diabetic patients

糖尿病的特征表现一般可见由于机体内胰岛素分泌障碍或者生物活性受损等导致高血糖的出现,同时还伴有眼底微血管、肾脏、心脏、周围血管/神经的慢性损害及其功能障碍。目前胰岛素治疗目前仍是糖尿病治疗的主要治疗方式之一,该文通过分析最新的糖尿病分型以及胰岛素新的应用方法,为糖尿病的胰岛素治疗提供参考依据。

The characteristic manifestations of diabetes can generally be seen in the appearance of hyperglycemia due to insulin secretion disorder or impaired biological activity in the body,and it is also accompanied by chronic damage to fundus capillaries,kidneys,heart,peripheral blood vessels and peripheral nerves,and their dysfunction.At present,insulin therapy is still one of the main treatment methods for diabetes treatment.This article analyzes the latest diabetes types and new insulin application methods to provide a reference for the insulin therapy of diabetes.
