强化自我护理干预在支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术后患者中的应用

Application of intensive self-care intervention in patients after vocal cord polypectomy under supporting laryngoscope

目的:探讨支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术后应用强化自我护理干预促进康复的作用。方法:抽取医院耳鼻喉科收治的88例声带息肉患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术治疗,以随机对照法分为对照组和实验组,各44例,其中对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者实施强化自我护理干预,观察两组患者自我护理能力提升情况及生活质量改善情况,并评估两组治疗效果。结果:实验组患者干预后自护能力总评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者干预后VHI总评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术后予以患者强化自我护理干预,可提升患者自护能力,强化手术疗效,改善患者生活品质,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the role of strengthening self-care intervention in promoting rehabilitation after vocal cord polypectomy under supporting laryngoscope.Methods:88 patients with vocal cord polyps treated in the Department of Otolaryngology of hospital were selected as the research object.All patients were treated with vocal cord polypectomy under supporting laryngoscope.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received intensive self-care intervention.The improvement of self-care ability and quality of life were observed,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results:the total score of self-care ability in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the total VHI score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:strengthening self-care intervention after vocal cord polypectomy under support laryngoscope can improve patients'self-care ability,strengthen surgical efficacy and improve patients'quality of life.
