摘要
目的:观察以情景模拟联合团队为基础的教学模式(TBL)在医科大学生入学教育中心肺复苏技能训练中的效果。方法:采取随机数字表法将72名某医科大学刚入学的本科生随机分为传统教学模式组(对照组)和情景模拟联合TBL教学模式组(实验组),每组36名。培训结束后进行理论考核和技能考核,同时采用匿名问卷调查形式让学生对教学模式进行评价,内容包括对教学模式的感兴趣程度、上课时注意力集中程度、提高团队合作能力、提高临床应用自信心和满意度等五个方面;以及带教老师对学生学习积极性的满意度调查。结果:与对照组学生相比,实验组学生技能考核评分显著提高(P<0.05),理论考核评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),学生对于培训模式的感兴趣程度和上课时注意力集中程度均显著提高(P<0.05),团队合作能力和临床应用自信心更强(P<0.05),学生对教学模式的满意度更高(P<0.05),带教老师对学生学习积极性的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:基于情景模拟联合TBL教学模式的心肺复苏技能训练在医科大学生入学教育中的应用效果较传统教学模式效果更佳,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of scenario simulation combined with team based learning(TBL)in the training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills of medical college students.Methods:Using random number table method,72 undergraduates of Anhui Medical University grade 2021 were randomly divided into traditional teaching mode group(control group)and scenario simulation combined TBL teaching mode group(experimental group),with 36 students in each group.At the end of the training,theories and skills were assessed.Meanwhile,anonymous questionnaires were used to evaluate the teaching mode,including the degree of interest in the teaching mode,the degree of concentration in class,the improvement of team cooperation ability,the improvement of clinical application confidence and satisfaction.As well as the satisfaction survey of teachers on students'learning enthusiasm.Results:Compared with the control group,the skill assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference in the theoretical assessment scores(P>0.05).The degree of students'interest in training mode and concentration degree in class were significantly improved(P<0.05).The students'satisfaction with the teaching mode was higher(P<0.05),and the teachers'satisfaction with the students'learning enthusiasm was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skill training based on scenario simulation combined with TBL teaching mode is better than that of traditional teaching mode in medical college entrance education,and it is worth popularizing.
