摘要 目的:心胸外科教学中的难点和重点是冠心病和主动脉夹层,为提高教学质量,使学生能够尽快地熟悉和掌握这两大类疾病,某院尝试性地采用3D打印模型技术运用于这两种疾病的教学中。方法:采用3D打印技术打印出正常的冠状动脉及冠心病的冠状动脉模型及主动脉夹层的模型,利用3D打印模型进行教学。结果:利用3D打印快速成型技术教学可以让临床医学生更加直观地掌握心脏大血管的解剖知识,分析疾病特点,模拟外科手术,提升教学质量。结论:3D打印技术可以在心脏外科教学中应用。 Objective:The difficulties and priorities in teaching cardiothoracic surgery are coronary artery disease and aortic coarctation.In order to improve the teaching quality and enable students to be familiar with and master these two types of diseases as soon as possible,the hospital has experimentally used 3D printing model technology in the teaching of these two diseases.Methods:3D printing technology was used to print out models of normal coronary arteries and coronary artery model of coronary heart disease and models of aortic coarctation,and 3D printed models were utilized for teaching.Results:Teaching with 3D printing rapid prototyping technology allows clinical medical students to more intuitively grasp the anatomical knowledge of cardiac great vessels,analyze disease characteristics,simulate surgical procedures,and improve teaching quality.Conclusion:3D printing technology can be well applied in the teaching of cardiac surgery.
