住院医师规范化培训是临床医师成长的必由之路。由于受中国国情、教育体系、医生培养模式等诸多因素的影响,我国的眼科住院医师规范化培训仍处在起步阶段。该文通过对中美眼科住院医师在教育体系、培训模式和考评系统等方面进行比较分析,进而提出对我国眼科住培工作改进的意见和建议,以期促进我国眼科住培工作同质化和标准化发展。

Standardized training of residents is necessary for medical students to become clinicians.Due to China's specific situation,education system,resident training model and many other factors,the standardized training of ophthalmology residents in our country is still in its infancy.This article compares and analyzes the education system,training model and evaluation system of Chinese and American ophthalmology residents,and then puts forward opinions and suggestions on the ophthalmology residential training work in our country.It will help to achieve the homogenization and standardization of the existing standardized training of residents in our country.
