浓硝酸储罐计算压力的确定

摘要 提出设计压力容器时应正确理解设计压力与计算压力的概念,若确定元件厚度的计算压力用设计压力替代,会造成设计错误。分析了设计压力与计算压力的差异,并以浓硝酸储罐为例,介绍了浓硝酸储罐在充装作业和未充装作业下设计压力和计算压力的确定方法。在结合设备实际工况的基础上确定正确的计算压力,才能设计出合格的压力容器产品。 The concepts of design pressure and calculated pressure should be correctly understood when designing pressure vessels is proposed.If the calculated pressure for determining element thickness is replaced by design pressure,design error will occur.The difference between design pressure and calculated pressure is analyzed.Taking concentrated nitric acid storage tank as an example,the determination method of design pressure and calculated pressure of concentrated nitric acid storage tank under filling operation and unfilled operation is introduced.Only by determining the correct calculated pressure based on the actual working conditions of the equipment,the qualified pressure vessel products can be designed.
