摘要
借助商业模式画布对我国跨境电商企业商业模式的有效性及创新性进行了深入分析,分别从客户细分、价值主张、渠道、客户关系、收益模式、核心资源、关键业务、合作伙伴和成本结构九个方面做出具体探讨,清晰明确地描述出跨境电商企业如何创造出价值,让企业价值有效地进行传递,以期对我国跨境电商企业的发展提供一定借鉴和参考。研究指出,跨境电商的发展已成为我国消费驱动经济增长的重要内生动力,促进跨境电商的发展是实施“一带一路”倡议的重点内容之一,加大跨境电商模式的创新力度,找到适宜企业自身发展的商业模式,是未来跨境电商企业发展的重要任务。商业模式画布模型是系统分析商业模式的有力工具,通过对商业模式画布的运用,不仅能够帮助企业增强创意,还能精准抓取客户需求,使得客户价值最大化。
The study deeply analyzed the effectiveness and innovativeness of the business model of China’s crossborder e-commerce enterprises with the help of business model canvas, and specifically discussed the 9 aspects of customer segmentation, value proposition, channels, customer relationship, revenue model, key resources, key activities, key partners and cost structure to clearly describe how the cross-border e-commerce enterprises create value and deliver the value effectively, with the purpose of providing certain reference for the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in China. The study pointed out that the development of cross-border e-commerce is an important endogenous driver of China’s consumption-driven economic growth. Increasing the innovation of cross-border e-commerce models and finding business models suitable for the development of enterprises is an important task for the development of cross-border ecommerce enterprises in the future. The business model canvas is a powerful tool for systematic analysis of business models. The use of the business model canvas, can not only help enterprises enhance their creativity, but also accurately capture customer needs and maximize customer value.
