摘要
将高校资金使用效率DEA指标体系及评价模型与高校公益投资回报SROI模型相结合,组成了高校公益投资价值的综合量化评估体系,再利用近7000余所高等教育机构2017~2019年的经验数据,对这一体系进行应用分析,在此基础上,从不同角度对评估效果以及其对各主体的引导作用进行了探讨。结论表明,这一评价方法具有较强的科学性和拓展性,能够引导高校和投资主体关注高校的长期价值,为高校公益投资价值综合量化评估提供有效的工具。
Combining the DEA index system and evaluation model of university fund use efficiency with the SROI model to form a comprehensive quantitative evaluation system of public investment value in colleges and universities.then, by using the experience data of nearly 7,000 higher education institutions from 2017 to 2019, the application analysis of this system was made. On this basis, from different angles to evaluate the effect, as well as its guiding role to each subject was discussed. The conclusion showed that this evaluation method had a strong scientific nature and expansibility,which can guide universities and investors to pay attention to the long-term value of universities and provide an effective tool for the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the value of public investment in universities.
