工作-家庭冲突对建筑工人习惯性违章行为的影响——安全氛围的中介作用

Influence of Work Family Conflict on Habitual Violation Behavior of Construction Workers——The Mediating Role of Safety Climate

为有效预防和遏制建筑工人的习惯性违章行为,基于角色冲突理论探讨了工作-家庭冲突、安全氛围与建筑工人习惯性违章行为三者之间的深层次作用关系,继而基于建筑工人的工作性质,采用结构方程技术,以安全氛围作为中介变量,构建了工作-家庭冲突与建筑工人习惯性违章行为的结构方程模型(SEM),并自行编制了工作-家庭冲突量表、安全氛围量表、习惯性违章行为量表,以246名建筑工人为问卷调查样本,对建筑工人习惯性违章行为进行了实证分析。结果表明:工作-家庭冲突的3个维度对建筑工人习惯性违章行为均具有正向影响,工作-家庭冲突对安全氛围具有负向影响,安全氛围对建筑工人习惯性违章行为具有负向影响,安全氛围在工作-家庭冲突与建筑工人习惯性违章行为之间有中介效应。可以通过减轻建筑工人的压力冲突、行为冲突、时间冲突,增强安全氛围来降低建筑工人的习惯性违章行为的发生几率。

To effectively prevent and control the habitual violations of construction workers, this study discussed the relationship among work-family conflict, safety atmosphere and habitual violations of construction workers based on the role conflict theory, and based on the work nature of construction workers, constructed the structural equation model(SEM)of the relationship between work-family conflict and habitual violations of construction workers by using the structural equation technology and taking the safety atmosphere as the intermediary variable. Concurrently, it self-made work-family conflict scale, safety climate scale and Habitual Violation scale, and used them to conduct a questionnaire survey among246 construction workers and an empirical analysis of construction workers’ habitual violation behavior was conducted.The results show that: the three dimensions of work-family conflict had a positive effect on the habitual violation behavior of construction workers, work family conflict had a negative effect on the safety atmosphere, safety atmosphere had a negative effect on the habitual violation behavior of construction workers, and safety atmosphere had a mediating effect between work-family conflict and the habitual violation behavior of construction workers. The occurrence rate of habitual violation behavior of construction workers can be reduced by enhancing the safety atmosphere.
