改良安德鲁低血糖危险因素分层量表在2型糖尿病患者低血糖管理中的应用效果

Application effect of modified Andrew hypoglycemia risk factor stratification scale in the management of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探究改良安德鲁低血糖危险因素分层量表在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者低血糖管理中的应用效果。方法选取136例T2DM患者作为对照组,142例T2DM患者作为观察组。两组患者均给予规范化治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上应用改良安德鲁低血糖危险因素分层量表进行评估,依据评估结果进行分层管理。比较两组患者的低血糖发生率、低血糖知识掌握程度及住院满意度。结果观察组的低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的低血糖知识掌握程度各项评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的住院满意度明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论改良安德鲁低血糖危险因素分层量表在T2DM患者低血糖管理中的应用效果显著,能够显著降低低血糖发生率,提高患者低血糖知识掌握程度及住院满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of modified Andrew hypoglycemia risk factor stratification scale in the management of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 136 T2DM patients were selected as control group,and 142 T2DM patients were selected as observation group.Both groups of patients were given standardized treatment and nursing,on this basis,the observation group was evaluated by the modified Andrew hypoglycemia risk factor stratification scale,and stratified management was carried out according to the evaluation results.The incidence of hypoglycemia,hypoglycemia knowledge mastery and hospitalization satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of hypoglycemia knowledge mastery in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization satisfaction in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Andrew hypoglycemia risk factor stratification scale in the management of hypoglycemia in patients with T2DM has a significant application effect,it can significantly reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,improve the hypoglycemia knowledge mastery and hospitalization satisfaction of patients.
