个性化分级护理对小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎凝血功能及家属护理满意度的影响

Influences of personalized graded nursing on coagulation function and nursing satisfaction of family members in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis

目的研究个性化分级护理对小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎凝血功能及家属护理满意度的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的156例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各78例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施个性化分级护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的TT、PT、APTT、FIB、Hb、PLT水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的各项临床症状消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化分级护理应用于小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎中的效果显著,能够较好地改善凝血功能及临床症状,降低并发症发生率,促进患儿尽快康复,且家属的护理满意度较高。

Objective To study the influences of personalized graded nursing on coagulation function and nursing satisfaction of family members in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.Methods A total of 156 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 78 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group carried out personalized grading nursing.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,TT,PT,APTT,FIB,Hb and PLT levels in both groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms disappeared time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The personalized graded nursing applied in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis has a significant effect,which can better improve the coagulation function and clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the children to recover as soon as possible,and with high nursing satisfaction of family members.
