舒适护理在重症胰腺炎患者围术期的应用效果

Application effect of comfort nursing in perioperative period of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的探讨舒适护理在重症胰腺炎患者围术期的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年1月至2020年12月收治的100例重症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据护理干预方式不同将其分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受舒适护理。比较两组的临床症状消失及恢复时间、炎症因子水平、护理满意度。结果试验组的腹胀、腹痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、体温恢复时间和肛门排便恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组的IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,IL-10水平均升高,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理应用于重症胰腺炎患者围术期能促进其快速康复,改善炎症因子水平,提高满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in perioperative period of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing intervention methods,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comfort nursing.The disappearance and recovery time of clinical symptoms,the levels of inflammatory factors and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of abdominal distension,disappearance of abdominal pain,recovery of bowel sounds,recovery of body temperature and recovery of anal defecation in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αlevels between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere decreased,and the level of IL-10 was increase in both groups,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in the perioperative period of patients with severe acute pancreatitis can promote their rapid rceovery improve the levels of inflammatory factors and satisfaction.
