基于健康意识理论的护理干预结合早期心脏康复护理对心脏搭桥术后患者心脏功能及健康行为的影响

Effects of nursing intervention based on health awareness theory combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on cardiac function and healthy behavior of patients after cardiac bypass surgery

目的探讨基于健康意识理论的护理干预结合早期心脏康复护理对心脏搭桥术后患者心脏功能及健康行为的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年1月我院接收的88例心脏搭桥术后患者进行研究,根据护理方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于健康意识理论的护理干预结合早期心脏康复护理。比较两组干预前、后的心脏功能指标、健康行为及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的LVDd、LVDs均小于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的饮食管理、遵医服药、病情监测评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的环境、生理、心理、社会关系领域评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于健康意识理论的护理干预结合早期心脏康复护理应用于心脏搭桥术后患者中不仅能改善其心功能,强化健康行为,还能提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on health awareness theory combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on cardiac function and healthy behavior of patients after cardiac bypass surgery.Methods A total of 88 patients who received cardiac bypass surgery in our hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were selected for research.According to the nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on health awareness theory combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The indexes of cardiac function,health behavior and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the LVDd and LVDs of the observation group were smaller lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of diet management,medication compliance and condition monitoring in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of environmental,physiological,psychological,social relations field in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on health awareness theory combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing applied in patients after cardiac bypass surgery can not only ameliorate cardiac function and reinforce health behavior,but also improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
