基于技术“七性”的战术导弹高超声速技术特性评估

摘要 针对技术成熟度评估某项技术结论单一的问题,采用基于技术发展周期的多维度评估方法全面开展评估。建立了评估军事技术的七个评估维度,创新性地提出反映军事技术内在价值与外在价值映射关系的技术特性评估体系架构。以战术导弹的高超声速技术评估为例,提出高超声速技术特性评估指标体系,建立了基于云重合度的技术多维度评估模型对其七个特性维度开展评估,对比了高超声速技术相比于战斗机武器技术等技术的先进性优势,又聚合了七个维度评价了高超声速技术在当前的发展态势并给出了相应建议,进一步促进资源的科学有效调配。 In view of the technology maturity evaluation of a single technical conclusion, the multidimensional evaluation method based on technology development cycle is adopted to carry out comprehensive evaluation. Seven evaluation dimensions for military technology evaluation are established, and the technical characteristics evaluation system architecture that reflects the mapping relationship between internal value and external value of military technology is put forward innovatively. Taking hypersonic technology evaluation of tactical missile as an example, the hypersonic technology characteristic evaluation index system is proposed,and a multi-dimensional evaluation model based on cloud coincidence degree is established to evaluate the seven characteristic dimensions. The advanced advantages of hypersonic technology compared with fighter weapon technology are compared. Seven dimensions are aggregated to evaluate the current development trend of hypersonic technology, and corresponding suggestions are given to further promote the scientific and effective allocation of resources.
