摘要
固体脂质纳米粒在肺部应用具有缓释性、低毒性、局部靶向性等特点而日益引起研究者们的重视。目前常用于药物肺部传递的形式包括吸入气雾剂、吸入粉雾剂和吸入喷雾剂,其中,固体脂质纳米粒制成粉雾剂可使其稳定性有一定程度的提高。本文就固体脂质纳米粒粉雾剂的特点、制备方法、质量评价、毒理学评价及应用研究等进行综述。
The pulmonary administration of solid lipid nanoparticles is characterized by slow release,low toxicity,and local targeting,which has attracted increasing attention from researchers.Currently commonly used formulations for pulmonary delivery of drugs include inhalation aerosols,inhalation powder aerosols and inhalation sprays,among which the stability of solid lipid nanoparticles can be improved to a certain extent by making powder aerosol.In this paper,the characteristics,preparation methods,quality evaluation,toxicological evaluation,and applied research of solid lipid nanoparticles powder aerosol are reviewed.
