摘要
本文基于金属粉末增材制造技术的特点,结合飞行器发动机不同位置构件的服役要求,对国内外增材制造技术在发动机静态、动态构件的制造以及叶片修复等领域的应用进行了总结,并从组织性能各向异性、后处理过程和技术认证等角度分析了增材制造技术在未来发展中面临的挑战。
With the continuous development and maturity of additive manufacturing(AM)technology,it was widely used in the field of aerospace industry.Combined with the technical characteristics of metal powder additive manufacturing technology,a summary of its application status in the manufacture and repair of static and dynamic components was made,meanwhile the present paper analyzes the challenges from the perspectives of the anisotropy of microstructure and mechanical properties,post-treatment process and technical certification.
