摘要
笔者针对水平旋转驱动耙生产中出现的耙齿断裂和内弯问题,采用“扭矩分配法”计算阻力、“功率分配法”验证阻力的方法确定了耙齿受到的最大阻力,再根据耙齿失效形式和工作特点,列出了耙齿的运动方程,确定了耙齿两种失效形式下的具体受力位置;之后在现代实验方法和鲁棒优化方法的指导下,构造NC函数和信噪比(SNR)函数,利用有限元手段计算了不同优化方案下的各种数据;最后根据优化结果和生产实际,确定了符合生产要求的具体优化方案,实现了产品短时间内的优化目标。
Aiming at the problems of fracture and internal bending of rake tooth in the production of horizontal rotary drive rake,the author uses the“torque distribution method”to calculate the resistance and the“power distribution method”to verify the resistance to determine the maximum resistance of the rake tooth.Then,according to the failure form and working characteristics of the rake tooth,the motion equations of the rake tooth are listed,and the exact stress location of the rake teeth under the two failure forms is determined;Then,under the guidance of modern experimental methods and robust optimization methods,NC function and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)function are constructed,and various data under different optimization schemes are calculated by finite element method;Finally,according to the optimization results and production practice,the specific optimization scheme meeting the production requirements is determined,and the optimization goal of the product in a short time is realized.
