香砂六君子汤联合奥美拉唑治疗脾胃虚弱型消化性溃疡47例疗效评价

Clinical Efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of 47 Cases of Peptic Ulcer of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Type

目的:观察香砂六君子汤联合奥美拉唑胶囊治疗脾胃虚弱型消化性溃疡疗效。方法:选取本院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的94例脾胃虚弱型消化性溃疡患者,按照随机分组法分为治疗组与对照组,每组各47例。治疗组采用香砂六君子汤联合奥美拉唑胶囊;对照组单纯服用奥美拉唑胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组患者的治疗总有效率91.49%,对照组总有效率72.34%,治疗组总有效率比对照组高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗后1年内,治疗组患者的复发率4.26%,低于对照组患者的复发率17.02%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤联合奥美拉唑胶囊能够有效治疗脾胃虚弱型消化性溃疡,帮助消化性溃疡愈合,提高患者的生活水平和生活质量,有效降低消化性溃疡复发率,值得临床广泛应用和推广。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with omeprazole capsule on peptic ulcer of weakness of spleen and stomach type.Method:There are 94 patients with peptic ulcer of weakness of spleen and stomach type were selected in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 47 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with omeprazole capsules;The control group was treated with omeprazole alone.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.49%,the total effective rate of the control group was 72.34%,The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 4.26%,that is lower than the the control group was 17.02%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with omeprazole can effectively treat peptic ulcer of weakness of spleen and stomach type,help the healing of peptic ulcer,improve the living standard and quality of life of patients,and effectively reduce the recurrence rate of peptic ulcer,which is worthy of wide clinical application and promotion.
