育龄妇女宫颈癌筛查意愿现状及影响因素研究

Research on the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Cervical Cancer Screening Intentions of Women of Childbearing Age

目的:探究门诊育龄妇女的宫颈癌筛查意愿现状及其影响因素,为提高妇女宫颈癌筛查行为提供参考。方法:2020年6月至2021年1月,采用一般资料调查表、宫颈癌筛查意愿表,对妇科门诊就诊的1153名育龄妇女进行问卷调查。结果:1153名育龄妇女的宫颈癌筛查意愿得分为(8.73±1.31)分,认同宫颈癌筛查题目得分高于打算未来筛查的偏好程度,且得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);计划6个月及1年内参与筛查的妇女有614人,占比为53.2%;单因素分析显示年龄、婚姻情况、工作性质、文化程度、月收入、第一次性交年龄、性伴侣数以及是否曾由医生建议是育龄妇女宫颈癌筛查意愿的影响因素。结论:育龄妇女的宫颈癌筛查意愿整体得分较高,建议多关注低学历、低收入水平等弱势妇女群体,加大力度对宫颈癌及宫颈癌筛查相关知识进行宣传,多方面提高妇女对参与宫颈癌筛查的意愿。

Objective:To explore the current status and influencing factors of cervical cancer screening intentions of women of childbearing age in outpatient clinics and provide references for improving women's cervical cancer screening behaviors.Methods:The general information questionnaire and the cervical cancer screening intention form were used to conduct a questionnaire survey and analysis of influencing factors among 1153 women of childbearing age attending a gynecological outpatient clinic.Results:The cervical cancer screening intention score of 1153 women of childbearing age was(8.73±1.31),and the score of item 1 was higher than that of item 2,and the difference was statistically significant;614 women planned to participate in the screening within 6 months and 1 year Accounting for 53.2%.Univariate analysis showed that age,marital status,nature of work,education level,monthly income,age of first sexual intercourse,number of sexual partners,and whether it was recommended by a doctor were the influencing factors of women’s cervical cancer screening intentions of childbearing age.Conclusion:Women of childbearing age have a higher overall score for cervical cancer screening intentions.It is recommended to pay more attention to disadvantaged women with low education and levels,vigorously promote cervical cancer and cervical cancer screening-related knowledge,and increase women’s willingness to participate in cervical cancer screening in many ways.
