基于“功能故障传递模型”的测试性计算技术

摘要 介绍了一种新的基于“功能故障传递关系模型”测试性建模方法。它能够实现较高层次的故障模式与低层次的故障模式之间的关联。建立的模型包含了3个视图:故障视图、结构视图和功能视图。其中,功能视图是逻辑关联的核心,将不同层次的功能性故障关联起来,可描述不同层级组成(例如:装备-LRUSRU-功能电路级)的电子产品的功能性故障。建立的测试性模型能够精确地描述通信电子产品的测试性情况,对其定量指标进行计算,并分析出测试性的薄弱环节,更加贴近工程实际。 A new testability modeling method based on“functional failure transitive relationship model”is introduced.It can realize the association between high-level fault modes and low-level fault modes.The established model contains three views:fault view,structural view and functional view.Among them,functional view is the core of logical association,which associates functional failures of different levels and can describe functional failures of electronic products composed of different levels(such as equipment-LRU-SRU-functional circuit level).The established testability model can accurately describe the testability of communication electronic products,calculate its quantitative indicators,and analyze the weak links of testability,which is closer to the actual engineering.
