摘要
对复杂电路系统开展了容差分析,并对其对象选取及容差分析过程中所存在的不确定性问题进行了研究。形成了较为完善的容差分析关键电路确定原则。并考虑电路的线性与非线性问题,基于仿射分析法,研究了考虑随机因素影响的一种容差分析方法,给出了该方法的理论基础和实施步骤。最后,并结合某型产品电路系统中的典型电路进行了应用验证。
Tolerance analysis is carried out for complex circuit systems,and the objects selection and the uncertainty problems existing in the process of tolerance analysis are studied.A relatively perfect principle for determining the key circuits of tolerance analysis is formed.Considering the linear and nonlinear problems of circuits,a tolerance analysis method considering the influence of random factors is studied based on affine analysis method,and the theoretical basis and implementation step of the method is given.Finally,the application verification is carried out based on the typical circuit in a product circuit system.
