摘要
针对电能表动态误差测试问题,对电气化铁路动态负荷非平稳随机信号进行了随机特性分析,能够为电能表的动态误差测试信号建模奠定基础。首先,提出了非平稳随机信号的分解方法,研究了将动态负荷非平稳随机信号平稳化的处理方法;其次,提出了最优宽窗的核密度估计方法和K-L(Kullback-Leibler)散度检测法,建立了动态负荷随机信号包络分布特性的判别机制;最后,对现场采集的电气化铁路瞬时电流和功率信号进行了随机特性分析,结果表明:电气化铁路动态负荷瞬时电流和功率包络信号服从渐进正态分布特性。
Aiming at the problem of dynamic error test of electric energy meter,the random characteristic of non-stationary random signal of electrified railway dynamic load is analyzed,which can lay the foundation for the dynamic error test signal modeling of electric energy meter.Firstly,the decomposition method of non-stationary random signal is proposed,and the processing method of stabilizing dynamic load non-stationary random signal is studied.Secondly,the kernel density estimation method with optimal wide window and K-L(Kullback Leibler)divergence detection method are proposed,and the discriminating mechanism of the dynamic load random signal envelope distribution characteristics is established.Finally,the random characteristics of instantaneous current and power signals of electrified railway collected on site are analyzed.The results show that the instantaneous current and power envelope signals of electrified railway dynamic load obey the asymptotic normal distribution characteristic.
