摘要
高屏占比是衡量智能手机产品水平的重要指标之一,如何在有限大小的手机上实现四面窄辚框,提升手机正面面积的利用率,是各大手机厂商的关注重点。对于制程多、批量大、工序复杂的手机液晶模组产线,其故障预防、分析、补救和闭环追踪尤为重要。通过软件化的FMEA和FRACAS技术,打通两者间的数据流,帮助企业实现模组生产过程质量闭环管理,改善产品质量。
The proportion of high screen is one of the important indicators to measure the level of smart phone products.How to achieve four narrow frames on limited size mobile phones and improve the utilization rate of front area of mobile phones is the focus of major mobile phone manufacturers.Its fault prevention,analysis,remedy and closed-loop tracking are particularly important for the mobile phone LCD module production line with many processes,large batches and complex processes.Through the software FMEA and FRACAS technology,the data flow between them is opened,which helps enterprises to realize the closed-loop quality management of module production process and improve product quality.
