基于5W2H工具的小家电实验室建设过程探讨

摘要 中国制造是世界上认知度最高的标签之一,从中国制造转向中国智造是工业助力国家发展的重要方向之一,效率驱动、产品领先、全球经营则是制造型企业转型的重中之重。企业第一方实验室的高效性和可用度直接影响企业的运行效率及产品质量。采用5W2H工具,以一个供销型ODM中小微企业品质实验室建设为例进行详细的需求分析;再通过PDCA分析法对实验室设计方案进行分析改进,最终形成了最优的实验室建设方案。 Made in China is one of the most recognized labels in the world.The shift from Made in China to Intelligent Manufacturing in China is one of the important directions for industry to help the country’s development.Efficiency-driver,product leadership,and global operations are the top priorities for the transformation of manufacturing enterprises.The efficiency and availability of the enterprise’s first-party laboratory directly affects the operation efficiency and product quality of the enterprise.Using 5W2H tool,the detailed demand analysis is carried out by taking the construction of a supply and marketing ODM quality laboratory for small,medium and micro enterprises as an example.Then,the laboratory design scheme is analyzed and improved through the PDCA analysis method,and finally,the optimal laboratory construction scheme is formed.
