Made in China is one of the most recognized labels in the world.The shift from Made in China to Intelligent Manufacturing in China is one of the important directions for industry to help the country’s development.Efficiency-driver,product leadership,and global operations are the top priorities for the transformation of manufacturing enterprises.The efficiency and availability of the enterprise’s first-party laboratory directly affects the operation efficiency and product quality of the enterprise.Using 5W2H tool,the detailed demand analysis is carried out by taking the construction of a supply and marketing ODM quality laboratory for small,medium and micro enterprises as an example.Then,the laboratory design scheme is analyzed and improved through the PDCA analysis method,and finally,the optimal laboratory construction scheme is formed.
