科学技术的发展是警务工作改革的重要动力。大数据技术拓展了人类的新视角,接踵而来的人工智能时代更是为警务工作带来新的机遇与挑战,对警务思维发展和警务运行机制转型具有重要意义。不断深入发展的大数据技术赋予了信息化警务更多的可能性,也为基层警务改革带来了新的挑战。面对这一问题,可以从加强信息技术警务人才培养、创新实施信息化警务工作机制、推动多元社会主体共同参与社会治理等方面入手,以科技赋予警务持久动能,探索出一条具有中国特色的信息化基层警务道路。

The development of science and technology is an important driving force of policing reform.Big data technology has expanded human’s new perspective.The coming era of artificial intelligence will bring new opportunities and challenges for policing work,which is of great significance in development of policing thinking and transformation of policing operation mechanism.The continuous development of big data technology has not only given IT application policing more possibilities,but also brought new challenges for grassroots policing reform.Confronting this,we need to take advantage of technology to engender lasting momentum in policing and explore a road of IT application grassroots policing with Chinese characteristics by strengthening the training of IT police personnel and innovating the implementation of IT application policing mechanism,promoting social governance with diverse social subjects’participation.
