师范专业认证视域下小学语文学科教师专业建设思考

摘要 科学的评价体系是师范院校学科建设的重要保障,师范专业认证对师范类院校教育专业人才培养提出了教育教学改革的深层次要求,旨在提高师范类专业人才培养质量。现阶段,师范院校在教育专业人才培养方面取得一定的成效,但不同师范学院办学条件和教学环境差别比较大,实际教学活动开展面临较多的问题。该文阐述了师范专业认证视域下小学语文学科教师专业建设的内涵及意义,分析了师范专业小学语文学科教师教学工作开展过程中存在的问题,针对教师专业建设提出了相应的对策和意见。 The scientific evaluation system is an important guarantee for the discipline construction of normal colleges and universities.The professional accreditation of normal colleges puts forward the deep-seated requirements of education and teaching reform for the training of education professionals in normal universities,in order to improve the training quality of normal professional talents.At the present stage,normal universities have achieved some results in the training of education professionals,but the school running conditions and teaching environment of different normal universities are quite different,and the actual teaching activities face many problems.This paper expounds the connotation and significance of the professional construction of primary school Chinese teachers from the perspective of normal professional accreditation,analyzes the problems existing in the teaching work of primary school Chinese teachers,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the professional construction of teachers.
