课程资源建设中团队建设重要性的研究与实践——以新疆电大微课资源团队建设为例

Research and Practice on the Importance of Team Construction in Curriculum Resource Construction-Taking the Micro Curriculum Resource Team Construction of The Open University of Xinjiang as an Example

该文以课程资源建设为研究对象,从保障建设质量、提高建设水准的角度,以新疆电大微课资源团队建设为例,以课程资源幕后建设团队为主角展开研究。首先,在对升级课程资源概念进行解析的基础上,对微课资源建设团队的概念以及重要性进行了着重分析;其次,以新疆电大微课资源团队建设为例,对我国省级电大网络课程资源建设中团队建设现状从成果、问题两个方面分别进行了全面的分析;最后,对未来我国省级课程资源建设中团队建设完善对策进行了详细介绍。

This paper takes the curriculum resource construction as the research object.From the perspective of ensuring the construction quality and improving the construction level,it takes the construction of micro curriculum resource team of the Open University of Xinjiang as an example,and takes the construction team behind the scenes of curriculum resources as the protagonist.Firstly,based on the analysis of the concept of upgraded curriculum resources,this paper focuses on the concept and importance of micro curriculum resources construction team;secondly,taking the micro course resource team construction of the Open University of Xinjiang as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of team construction in the network course resource construction of provincial radio and TV universities in China from two aspects:achievements and problems;finally,it introduces in detail the countermeasures to improve the team construction in the future provincial curriculum resources construction in China.
