安全工程技术领域数字孪生应用研究综述 被引量:7

摘要 为系统了解安全工程技术领域数字孪生应用现状并预测其发展趋势,综述国内外安全工程领域数字孪生应用进展,主要包括数字孪生在动态仿真、安全监控、故障诊断、运维控制、预测性维护等方面的应用,展望未来数字孪生在安全工程技术领域的研究方向。研究结果表明:数字孪生技术在机械工业、航天航空、石油化工、矿山、电气、船舶运输、建筑施工、城建、公共安全等诸多行业的安全工程问题中得到了广泛应用,但在建模技术、数据传输技术、故障诊断机理、危险度和可靠性的评价方法方面存在不足,是后续研究应重点关注的问题。 In order to systematically understand the application status of digital twin in the field of safety engineering technology and predict its development trend,the application progress of digital twin in safety engineering at home and abroad was reviewed,mainly including the application of digital twin in the aspects of dynamic simulation,safety monitoring,fault diagnosis,operation and maintenance control,predictive maintenance and so on,then the future research directions of digital twin in the field of safety engineering technology were prospected.The results showed that digital twin technology had been widely used in safety engineering problems in mechanical industry,aerospace,petrochemical,mining,electrical,ship transportation,construction,urban construction,public safety and many other industries.However,there were deficiencies in the modeling technology,data transmission technology,fault diagnosis mechanism,and risk and reliability evaluation methods,which should be focused on in subsequent research.
