摘要
孔子的文质观主要是从君子的视角进行论述,表现为“文质彬彬”与“文犹质也,质犹文也”。《表记》作为“七十子”之作品,表现出对孔子的君子文质观的继承和发展。具体来说,《表记》认为君子应当“文”“德”表里循环,“表里”结合;认为为政者应当追求“有至”或“至道”,即仁义兼顾,仁义相半,以合于儒家王道政治的理想;认为虞帝能够兼顾“亲尊”和“仁义”,表现出对夏商周三代之治的纠偏和超越,成为后世王朝治理的典范。
Confucius’view of literary quality is mainly discussed from the perspective of a gentleman.As a work of"Seventy Sons","Biao Ji"shows the inheritance and development of Confucius’concept of gentleman’s literature.Specifically,"Biao Ji"believes that a gentleman should conduct the cycle of"text"and"de"between the outside and the inside,and combine the"outside and the inside";it believes that the political person should pursue the"extreme"or"extreme way",that is,benevolence and justice are balanced,and benevolence and justice are half in line with the ideals of Confucian kingly politics;it believes that Emperor Yu could take care of both"kindness"and"benevolence",showing the correction and transcendence of the rule of the Xia,Shang and Zhou dynasties,and became a model for the governance of later dynasties.
