“互联网+”时代少数民族地区教师专业发展挑战与策略研究——基于某少数民族县的教师专业发展情况的调查

摘要 “互联网+”时代的到来,对少数民族地区教师的专业发展提出了新的要求,它关系着民族地区教育的质量,少数民族地区教师必须抓住时代带来的机遇,应对时代的挑战。基于“互联网+”,针对新时期教师角色和功能进行了深入分析,探讨民族地区教师专业发展所面临的机遇与挑战,并通过对某民族县教师专业发展情况的调查,提出了“互联网+”时代民族地区教师专业发展的策略和建议。 The coming of the era of"Internet+"has put forward new requirements for the professional development of teachers in ethnic minority areas,which is related to the quality of education in ethnic minority areas.Teachers in ethnic minority areas must seize the opportunities brought by The Times and respond to the challenges of The Times.Based on the viewpoint of"Internet+",this study on teachers'roles and functions in the new period has carried on the thorough analysis,to explore teachers'professional development in national regions faces opportunity and challenge,and through the national county,investigating the situation of teachers'professional development,put forward the"+"Internet age strategy and advice of teachers'professional development in national regions.
