摘要
针对当前连续退火人工排产存在的能源消耗高、排产效率低、依赖经验性强等缺点,以国内某大型钢厂的业务需求为基础,考虑连续退火钢卷调度环节存在的能耗问题,设计并开发了连续退火钢卷调度系统以实现对连续退火产线的钢卷调度的自动排产和可视化编辑,为连续退火钢卷调度提供决策支持。
The current continuous annealing production scheduling has many shortcomings which include high energy consumption,low scheduling efficiency and heavy dependence on experience.Based on business demands of a large domestic steel plant and in view of energy consumption,a continuous annealing coil scheduling system is designed and developed to realize automatic scheduling and visual editing of coil scheduling in continuous annealing production line.This system provides decision support for continuous annealing coil scheduling.
