原发性肾病综合征患者的自我感受负担、心理弹性及生活质量分析

Study on the Burden,Psychological Resilience and Quality of Life in the Patients with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探讨患有原发性肾病综合征(primary nephrotic syndrome,PNS)患者的心理弹性、自我感受负担和生活质量之间的关系,为提高患者的生活质量提供一些理论基础。方法采用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表、自我感受负担量表和生活质量评定量表SF-36对锦州市某三甲医院泌尿内科收治的315例原发性肾病综合征患者进行调查。结果原发性肾病综合征患者生活质量总得分(460.79±134.62)分,自我感受负担总得分(25.85±6.82)分,心理弹性总得分(60.60±11.95)分;患者的心理弹性在其自我感受负担与生活质量之间起着部分中介作用,根据本次调查得到的数据计算出此中介效应占比为24.84%。结论本研究调查的PNS患者的生活质量大多处于较低水平,自我感受负担大多处于轻度水平,自我感受负担可直接或通过心理弹性间接地对PNS患者生活质量产生影响。为了提高患者的生活质量,临床医务工作者应该尽可能地采取更多有效措施来消除或减轻患者的自我感受负担,增强患者的心理弹性。

Objective To explore the relationship between mental resilience,self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome,and to provide some theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of patients.Methods A survey of 300 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to the Department of Urology of a tertiary hospital in Jinzhou City was conducted using general information questionnaire,mental resilience scale,self-perceived burden scale and quality of life scale SF-36.Results The quality of life score of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome was(460.79±134.62),the self-perceived burden score was(25.85±6.82),and the psychological resilience score was(60.60±11.95).Patients'resilience partially mediated the relationship between self-perceived burden and quality of life.According to the data obtained from this survey,the proportion of the mediating effect is 24.84%.Conclusion The quality of life of PNS patients surveyed in this study was mostly at a low level,and the self-perceived burden was mostly at a mild level.Self-perceived burden could directly or indirectly affect the quality of life of PNS patients through psychological resilience.In order to improve the quality of life of patients,clinical medical workers should take more effective measures to eliminate or reduce the self-perceived burden of patients and enhance the psychological resilience of patients.
