摘要
高炉炉顶布料技术发展已有近200年历史,与其它布料装置相比,无论是并罐式无料钟还是串罐式无料钟都具有非常大的优势,密封性能好,有助于高炉高顶压操作,可以多种形式布料,有利于高炉实现稳定顺行、高效低耗和长寿。无料钟布料技术应该在物理模型实验的基础上,借助开炉装料测试结果,开发与应用无料钟布料数学模型,选择合适的布料制度,指导高炉布料操作,以期高炉获得理想的技术经济指标。
The blast furnace(BF)top burden distribution technology has been developed for nearly 200 years.Compared with other burden distribution devices,both parallel-hoppers bell-less tops and serial-hopper bell-less tops have great advantages such as good sealing performance which is conducive to carrying out the high top pressure operation of BF and burden distributions in various forms,and is also propitious to achieving the stable and smooth operation,high efficiency,low consumption and long life of BF.So the bell-less top burden distribution technology should be used based on carrying out the physical model experiments by developing and applying the bell-less top burden distribution mathematical model and then selecting the appropriate burden distribution system for guiding the burden distribution operations of the BF with the aid of test results relating to the blowing in burden of the BF in the hope of obtaining ideal technical and economic indexes on operations of the BF.
