摘要
针对260 t转炉底吹元件数量和位置固定影响底吹效果和底吹长寿的问题,提出转炉底吹管线铺设技术,并进一步优化了底吹系统管道内径和底吹元件,满足了不同位置底吹元件的供气需要,实现了转炉全炉役复吹,碳氧积降低0.000402,钢中氧降低0.00378%,炉渣中的铁含量降低0.21%,吨钢成本降低了1.12元。
In terms of the problem that the bottom blowing effect and the service life of bottom blowing elements were influenced by the number of the elements and the fixed locations of bottom blowing elements in 260 t converter,the new technology for installing pipelines for bottom blowing in converter was proposed,which could meet the requirements asked by gas supplying based on bottom blowing elements at different locations.And also the inner diameter of the pipelines for bottom blowing system and bottom blowing elements were further optimized.As a result,during combined blowing in its full furnace life,the product of carbon content and oxygen content was reduced by 0.000402,content of oxygen in molten steel was reduced by 0.00378%,content of Fe in slag was reduced by 0.21%and thus the cost was reduced by 1.12 yuan RMB per ton steel.
