摘要
目的:探讨尿路感染患者中段尿液标本中病原菌及药敏分析结果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月本院收治的80例尿路感染患者作为研究对象。采用VITEK COMPACT全自动微生物分析系统、法国生物梅里埃公司生产的细菌鉴定仪,型号为VITEK-2,采用微量肉汤稀释法,对其中段尿液病原微生物检测,观察病原菌检出情况及药敏情况。结果:80例患者分离培育出革兰阳性菌比例为66.66%、革兰阳性菌比率以及真菌比率依次为23.33%、10.00%;大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、奇异变形杆菌以及铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林、哌拉西林、头孢唑及头孢噻肟等抗菌药物的耐药率均较高,而对哌拉西林他唑巴坦、美罗培南、头孢吡肟及氨曲南等药物的耐药率均相对较低。结论:尿路感染以革兰阴性菌感染最多见,对氨苄西林等常见的抗菌药物的耐药性较高,临床应结合药敏结果,合理选药以提升疗效。
Objective:To investigate the results of pathogen and drug sensitivity analysis in midstream urine samples of patients with urinary tract infection.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with urinary tract infection were selected as the study subjects.The model was Vitek-2,which was manufactured by Vitek Compact Automatic Microbial Analysis System and French biomerieux company,microbroth dilution method was used to detect the pathogenic microorganisms in the middle part of the urine,and to observe the detection and drug sensitivity of the pathogenic bacteria.Results:The ratio of gram-negative bacteria,gram-positive bacteria and fungi were 66.66%,23.33% and 10.00% respectively.Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Proteus mirabilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed high resistance to ampicillin,Piperacillin,cefezol and cefotaxime,the drug resistance rate to piperacillin tazobactam,Meropenem,cefepime and Aztreonam was relatively low.Con elusion:The most common urinary tract infection was gram-negative bacteria,and the drug resistance to common antibiotics such as ampicillin was high.
