摘要
针对渤海某油田高酸原油性质,通过评价筛选、现场应用试验,探究了破乳剂P-59在渤海某油田原油处理系统的应用效果。结果表明:破乳剂P-59在上游平台加注量为250mL/min,海上浮式生产储油设施(FPSO)加注量为56mL/min时,各级分离器出口原油含水明显降低,分离器油水界面清晰、稳定,流程乳化状况有明显改善,现场流程和下游流程均运行稳定,对污水系统无不良影响,满足现场需要。
According to the properties of high-acid crude oil in an oilfield in Bohai sea,the application effect of demulsifier P-59in the crude oil treatment system of an offshore oilfield was studied through evaluation and application test.The results showed that:when the amount of demulsifier P-59was 250mL/min on the upstream platform and 56 mL/min on FPSO,the water content of the crude oil at the outlet of the separators was significantly reduced,the oil-water interface of the separators was clear and stable,and the emulsification status of the process was significantly improved.Both the on-site and downstream processes operated stably,which had no adverse impact on the sewage system and met the needs of the field.
