基于创新创业背景的高职院校学生创新能力培养激励机制研究

Research on Incentive Mechanism for Cultivating Students'Innovative Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

高职院校学生创新能力培养对学生全面发展、教师创新素养培养具有重要作用。当前高职院校存在专业教育与创新创业教育融合度较低、创新创业教育较封闭、大学生对创新创业教育缺乏深度认知、支持与保障体系不完善等问题,文章提出通过基于创新创业背景构建实践教学模式、完善校内外创新支持体系、建设创新实践基地、创设良好创新文化环境等方式,实现创新能力培养激励机制的构建。

The cultivation of students’ innovative ability in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in the overall development of students and the cultivation of teachers’ innovative literacy. At present, there are problems in the cultivation of students’ innovative ability in higher vocational colleges, such as being out of the real situation and the low degree of integration of specialized education. Based on the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper constructs the practice teaching mode, improves the innovation support system inside and outside the school, constructs the innovation practice base, and creates a good innovation cultural environment to realize the construction of the incentive mechanism for the cultivation of innovation ability.
