高职学生创新能力培养策略研究

Research on the Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students'Innovative Ability and Its Current Situation

文章分析了我国产业发展的变化趋势,针对高职学生创新能力培养中存在的诸多问题,提出了基于高职学生创新能力培养的构想:校企共建创新能力提升课程体系;高职院校构建全方位培育学生创新能力的培育体系;构建与产业紧密对接的学生创新能力培育体系。由政府主导,行业、企业、高校、研发机构等社会组织积极参与,合力培养出适应社会经济高质量发展的创新型人才,为国家早日建成科技强国提供人才支撑。文章对高职院校如何培养出具有创新能力和创新水平的大学生具有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper analyzes the trend of China ’s industrial development, aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of higher vocational students’ innovation ability, puts forward three ideas based on the cultivation of higher vocational students’ innovative ability. First, schools and enterprises jointly build a curriculum system to improve their innovative ability;Second, higher vocational colleges should build a comprehensive cultivation system to cultivate students’ innovative ability;Third, build a cultivation system of students’ innovative ability closely connected with the industry.
