高职院校服务我国与东盟国家产能合作的策略研究——以福建为例

The Status and Strategy of Higher Vocational Education Serving International Capacity Cooperation Between China and ASEAN

随着“一带一路”倡议和《区域全面经济合作伙伴关系协议》(RCEP)的实施,东盟成为福建最大贸易和产能合作伙伴。通过与东盟国家教育机构开展合作办学、建立海外职业教育培训基地以及招收东盟国家学生来闽留学等措施,福建高职院校在协助企业“走出去”的进程中发挥了较大的作用。为更好地促进福建高职院校服务国际产能合作,文章提出应加强顶层设计,加强平台建设,加快与东盟国家标准的对接,实现资格互认;优化服务模式,融入福建职业教育的先进经验,开发职业标准和课程体系等建议。

ASEAN beocomes the biggest trading and production capacity cooperation partner of Fujian with the implementation of"the Belt and Road and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement"Fujian higher vocational colleges help enterprises"go global"by joint education with institutions,overseas vocational training,and recruiting students from ASEAN countries.In order to promote the service of production capacity cooperation with AEEAN,Fujian higher vocational colleges should integrate the advanced experience of Fujian vocational education,develop vocational standards and curriculum system.
